Competition and passion merge in Anterselva: four days at the pinnacle of world biathlon.
From January 18 to 21, 2024, Anterselva shone on the international stage by hosting a stage of the Biathlon World Cup. The first day saw our athletes compete in the 15km Men's Short Individual, with a performance that combined technique and endurance, supported by a passionate and involved audience.
The second day intensified the competition with the Women's 12.5 km Individual Short. The athletes demonstrated remarkable concentration and shooting precision, turning the race into an exciting display of endurance and skill.
The third day marked a point of pride for Italy with the 4X6 Km Mixed Relay. Dorothea Wierer, Lisa Vittozzi, Didier Bionaz, and Tommaso Giacomel clinched silver, showing extraordinary team synergy and excellent competitive pressure management. They also stood out in the Single Mixed Relay, highlighting the high preparation and determination of the Italian athletes.
On the last day, Lisa Vittozzi further asserted her talent by reaching 6th place in the Women's Mass Start. Her performance reflected both her individual ability and her essential contribution to the team's success.
These four days strengthened the sense of national pride, with the country united in applauding the performances of the Azzurri. The next challenge awaits the athletes, who rely on the quality of Exacta Winter ammunition, designed to ensure maximum precision in any weather conditions.
